Course description:

Assess the effects of multiple categorical variables and their interactions on a scale response. Test hypotheses about multivariate response variables and repeated measures.

Topics covered:

• Multi-way ANOVA
  • Assessing the significance of main effects
  • Assessing the significance of interactions
  • Graphing and interpreting interaction effects
     
• MANOVA
  • Handling sets of related scale response variables
     
• Repeated Measures  
  • Repeated measurements of a scale response variable

Attendees should have an understanding of SPSS equivalent to that taught in the Intro to SPSS course and knowledge of statistics equivalent to the Statistics I courses.

Course attendees are required to bring their own laptop installed with a licensed copy of SPSS Base version 10 or above.
Laptops are available for hire at an additional cost.

Note: Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 4 attendees.
